CEMO Miller

CEMO Miller is an emulsion production plant offering over 30 different products to customers throughout the Midwest. The facility produces several grades of emulsions, from chip seals to cold patch materials. CEMO Miller also produces several grades of medium cure cutbacks such as MC-30 to MC 3000, along with several grades of asphalt from PG-5828 to Commercial Grade AC-20. In addition to multiple storage tanks, there is also a fully-equipped laboratory where our staff stays on the cutting edge of asphalt and emulsion technology.
